The new LEGO Creator 3-in-1 31383 Floral Decor Perfume Bottle takes a very different direction from the cars, animals and houses that often dominate the Creator 3-in-1 range.
This 286-piece set is built around colorful room decor and gives builders three completely different models to create from the same collection of bricks: a floral perfume bottle, a flower vase or a smoothie in a jar.
What makes the set particularly interesting to me is that all three builds have been designed to look good after the building session is over. This is not simply a toy that disappears into a storage box. Each version is intended to work as a small decorative object.

What Makes LEGO 31383 Different?
The most obvious difference is the subject.
Instead of rebuilding a car into another vehicle or transforming one animal into two more creatures, LEGO 31383 explores three lifestyle-inspired objects.
The perfume bottle feels elegant and decorative, the vase leans more heavily into the floral theme, while the smoothie build turns the same parts into something playful and casual.
That gives the set a personality of its own within the Creator range.
The Perfume Bottle Is Clearly the Main Model
The headline build is the Floral Decor Perfume Bottle, and based on the official images, it is also the most visually complete of the three options.
The transparent-style bottle shape, floral stand and decorative label make it look surprisingly convincing considering the relatively low piece count.
The flowers around the base stop the model from looking like a simple rectangular container and give it a softer, more decorative appearance.
The Pressable Nozzle Is a Nice Interactive Detail
One of the cleverest small features is the pressable perfume nozzle.
It does not actually spray anything, of course, but it adds a little physical interaction to what could otherwise have been a completely static display model.
For younger builders, that makes the finished bottle feel more like a recognizable object rather than just a sculpture.
For display, it also helps sell the illusion of a real perfume bottle recreated in LEGO form.
The Flower Vase Is the Most Traditional Display Option
The second build turns the same bricks into a vase filled with colorful flowers.
This is probably the easiest model to integrate into a bedroom, desk or shelf because floral LEGO displays already work well as decorative objects.
The vase also shows one of the strengths of Creator 3-in-1: bricks originally used for the perfume bottle can suddenly become stems, petals and decorative surfaces.
That transformation is often more interesting than simply building three models that look closely related.
The Smoothie Is the Most Playful Rebuild
The third option is a smoothie in a jar with a handle, straw and small flower-covered menu.
This is probably the least elegant of the three builds, but it may be the most playful.
The smoothie introduces a completely different theme and proves that the set is not limited to floral decoration.
It also gives younger builders a small café-style object that could easily become part of imaginative role-play.
Which of the Three Models Is Best?
For display, I think the perfume bottle is the strongest model.
It has the most distinctive silhouette and uses the floral decorations in a way that feels specifically designed around the main build.
The vase is probably the easiest to display in almost any room, while the smoothie offers the most playful alternative.
The good news is that you do not really need to choose permanently. Rebuilding is the whole point of Creator 3-in-1.
Why Rebuilding Matters More Than the Piece Count
With 286 pieces, LEGO 31383 is not a huge construction project.
But the value of a Creator 3-in-1 set is not measured only by how long the first build takes.
The same bricks can support three separate building sessions, and each one requires the builder to rethink how familiar parts are being used.
For children who actually enjoy rebuilding rather than keeping every model permanently assembled, that can stretch the experience considerably.
Three Decorative Tiles Add Customization
The set includes three decorative tiles that can be used differently depending on the chosen model.
They become labels on the perfume bottle and vase or a menu for the smoothie.
It is a small feature, but it helps each rebuild feel more deliberate rather than simply being an alternative arrangement of leftover bricks.
What I Like Most About LEGO 31383
The biggest strength is the variety between the three models.
The perfume bottle, vase and smoothie are related through color and decorative elements, but they are not simply three versions of the same object.
That means rebuilding should feel worthwhile.
I also like that the main model is suitable for display. Once the building session is finished, the model still has a clear purpose on a desk, shelf or bedroom furniture.
Possible Downsides
The biggest limitation is common to almost every Creator 3-in-1 set: only one model can exist at a time.
If you really like both the perfume bottle and the vase, you cannot display them together without buying another copy of the set.
The building experience is also relatively small compared with more advanced LEGO display sets.
Older builders looking for complex techniques or a long construction project may finish each version quite quickly.
And although the smoothie adds variety, it may feel less visually sophisticated than the two floral display options.
Who Is LEGO 31383 Best For?
I think this set works particularly well for builders aged 8 and up who enjoy creative rebuilding and colorful room decor.
It also makes sense as a smaller gift because the subject is easy to understand without requiring knowledge of a movie, game or character.
Fans of LEGO flowers may also enjoy it as a less expensive alternative to larger botanical sets.
Collectors focused mainly on vehicles, minifigures or technical functions will probably find other Creator sets more appealing.
Play Value vs Display Value
LEGO 31383 sits somewhere in the middle.
The rebuilding process and smoothie model give it clear play value, while the perfume bottle and vase are much more focused on decoration.
That balance makes the set unusual because it can change purpose depending on which version you build.
For me, the main perfume bottle leans more toward display, while the smoothie is clearly the more playful option.
How Does It Compare With LEGO Botanicals?
The obvious comparison is with LEGO Botanical sets because both use flowers as room decoration.
The difference is that LEGO Creator 31383 is younger, smaller and much more rebuildable.
Botanical sets usually focus on producing the most polished final floral display possible. This Creator set sacrifices some of that realism in exchange for three completely different builds.
So the better choice depends on what you want: a permanent detailed flower display or a smaller set that encourages rebuilding.
Is It a Good Room Decoration?
Yes, particularly in perfume bottle or vase form.
The colorful flowers give both models enough visual interest to work on a desk, bookshelf or bedside table.
The relatively compact dimensions are also useful because the set does not require a dedicated display area.
At around 15 cm wide, the perfume bottle should fit comfortably into spaces where larger LEGO decorative sets would be impractical.
LEGO 31383 Size
The main Floral Decor Perfume Bottle measures approximately 10 cm high, 15 cm wide and 9 cm deep.
That compact footprint makes it easy to display without taking over a shelf.
My Take on LEGO Creator 3-in-1 31383
Based on the official images and specifications, LEGO Creator 31383 looks like a clever small set that uses the 3-in-1 idea properly.
The three builds are different enough that rebuilding feels meaningful rather than cosmetic.
The perfume bottle is the obvious highlight and probably the model most people will keep assembled for display. The vase offers a more traditional floral look, while the smoothie gives the bricks a completely different personality.
The main compromise is that the set is not especially complex, and you cannot display all three creations at the same time.
But for younger builders who enjoy taking models apart and creating something new, that limitation becomes part of the experience rather than a problem.
I think that is where 31383 works best: not as one small LEGO object, but as three different ideas hiding inside the same box.
